Every EUGENIE CHAN piece is lovingly handmade in extremely limited quantities. The best stones are hand-picked to make each piece its best. Only 92.5% silver or finer is used in our pieces. We are extremely fussy, and ensure we obtain all components from trustworthy suppliers.
We guarantee that all components used are genuine, as mentioned. If at any time you discover the components are not genuine (as per direction of qualified gemmologist), we will refund or exchange (subject to availability) your EUGENIE CHAN piece provided that this item shall not have been repaired or worked on by any other firm or individual.
We will clean your EUGENIE CHAN jewellery as often as you like free of charge (excluding shipping charges).
For mail orders, if the piece of jewellery you receive does not sit or fit properly, send it back to us for adjustments at no extra cost (you will need to pay for sending it to us, but we will not charge additional shipping costs to send it back to you). If something should happen to your jewellery that affects its beauty or wearability, please bring or send it to us and we will provide you with an estimate to fix it.
